Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - Deliver aim 1-2 working days from dispatch - £4.99
Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Deliver aim 2-3 working days from dispatch - £3.99

Europe orders
International Tracked - Deliver aim 3-6 working days form dispatch - £14.50
​
Rest of the world
International Tracked - Deliver aim 7-12 working days form dispatch - £25.00

Please note that we now offer free delivery within Slough and convenient pickup options for all orders. Email us to schedule a pickup time; items will be ready the same day unless specified. With personalised items, it would be usually available the following day. We'll provide collection instructions in the email.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery online.

Shipping Address:
Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Return Policy

At Habibti Collections, we uphold high standards regarding the quality and packaging of your order. Every item undergoes thorough quality control checks to ensure it meets our standards before being dispatched to our valued customers. While we strive for your complete satisfaction with your order, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations entirely. In such cases, you have the option to return the item for a refund within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that refunds for returned items are conditional upon the goods being returned in their original packaging and in a resellable condition.

All returned items must be in good condition to qualify for a refund, with the exception of sale items. Any items returned with damage caused by the customer, such as perfume scent or marks on abayas due to hair oil, deodorant, or makeup from trying on the item, may be not be eligible for a refund.

Please also note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable and if your shipping fee was waived (thanks to free-shipping promotion), refund will be excluding shipping fee if your final order value falls below the threshold to receive free shipping.

Depending on how busy we are it may take up to 10 days to process your return from the day it is received back.
